직무기술 |
Plan and execute longer-range efforts to ensure safe and efficient plant operation and improve the unit performance, including process support for major maintenance activities, capital projects, and technological upgrades.
Daily interaction with Operations, Maintenance and Project to help maintain, support, troubleshoot, maximize unit performance, and implement large maintenance activities and capital projects. As needed interaction with vendors, consultants, and raw material suppliers to identify improvements, resolve operational issues, and provide technical support for projects. |

Responsibilities |
SHE Excellence
-Following and practicing One Strike Rule at site (Life Saving Rule)
-Contribute to Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program at site.
-Contribute to INEOS Styrolution Asset Care program
-Following Permit to Work, LOTO as per the site procedure
-Intervene to stop unsafe work
-Observe and follow all rules and procedures
-Support Site SHE committee to resolve safety issues and drive - SHE performance
Managing project activities including scoping and prioritization
Operations
-Lead programs to improve Reliability & Availability
-Provide input on training of team members with regards to operations technology, plant experiences, plant record keeping, and safety
-Responsible for development and maintaining the operating envelopes, this includes identifying appropriate parameters, consequence of deviations, and corrective actions; setting the safe operating envelop limits; and investigating any exceedances
Process Safety Management
-The asset engineers are responsible for maintaining the asset and protective systems integrity.
-Conduct a systematic evaluation of all asset to identify the critical assets and protective systems, whose integrity is to be maintained at plant.
-Participate review process of preventive maintenance scheduling to maintain and test critical assets and protective systems.
-Review/Analysis maintenance activities and tests to maintain/improve asset integrity
-Support SIL & LOPA reviews & training |
